EDGEWOOD SOCIAL CLUB
Filling days with purposeful activity and caring assistance
The Adult Day Program, also known as The Edgewood Social Club, is an adult day service program that provides stimulating, purposeful activities; delicious, nutritious meals and snacks; and care for those members who may need additional supervision and socialization to help them continue living independently. The program also provides a way for spouses or other family caregivers to take a break, knowing that the participant will be happy, engaged, and well cared for.
Conveniently located on the second floor of the Edgewood Clubhouse and managed by a trained recreational therapist, all activities are provided within a professionally supervised, structured environment. Participants have the opportunity to interact socially with their peers and share in stimulating activities. They may also receive assistance with activities of daily living provided by Certified Nursing Assistants.
For members who may be dealing with various levels of memory impairment, all Edgewood staff members are trained in using the Hearthstone Foundation’s award-winning “I’m Still Here”™ approach.*
The Edgewood Social Club is offered 365 days per year, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Call us at 978-494-6843 to learn more.
