The Meadows Health Center is an on-site, 60-bed skilled nursing facility designed to provide long–term care and short–term rehabilitative care. Licensed by the state of Massachusetts as a Level II nursing home, The Meadows is certified as a skilled nursing facility for the Medicare program under the Social Security Act.
