This seminar is intended to dispel the fear and mystery which seem to haunt the subject of estate planning and the settlement of estates. It will address the following topics; unconscious estate planning, common misconceptions, the probate process, wills and trusts, potential future incapacity and estate taxation.
Mr. Navins will provide a brief overview of each topic, and if time permits, be able to take questions at the conclusion of the presentation.
Mr. Navins, also known as Rusty to clients, friends and family, focuses his practice in the area of estate planning and trust and estate administration. Rusty attended Williams College and Boston College Law School. Prior to founding King & Navins, Rusty was an associate at two Boston law firms, concentrating in the area of residential and commercial real estate. That experience was followed by a stint in Newburyport with the firm of Beit, Stevens & Navins. He is a former Trustee of Walnut Hill School in Natick. A resident of Wellesley for more than 30 years, and active there in many volunteer organizations, Rusty recently moved to Ipswich, return to his north shore roots.
