Human Resources is looking for a part time (20 hour) entry level employee to assist with clerical duties & office support in the Human Resources department. The position works Monday, Wednesday & a half day on Friday (but the schedule can be flexible) and assists with the clerical aspects of HR.
This includes filing, placing job ads, verifications of employment, coding bills, coordinating the hiring process with incoming employees, answering general questions/providing information, updating websites with employee information & running reports. The ideal candidate will be professional and precise and able to maintain complete confidentiality.
The position requires someone with great customer service skills who is comfortable with Microsoft Office, but does not require experience in HR. We are willing to train for the position so please apply if you think you would be a good fit!
