What does the entrance fee cover?
LifeCare and Edgewood’s Return of Capital Plan™ provide unparalleled value and financial security. The entrance fee guarantees your residency at Edgewood, use of the common amenities, and guaranteed priority access to in-home resident services, assisted living, memory support, short-term rehabilitation, and skilled nursing care, should you ever need them. Entrance fees vary based on the specific residence you choose and the number of people who will occupy it. Importantly, our Return of Capital Plan ensures that 90% of your entrance fee will be returned to you or your estate when you leave the community and the residence is resold.
