However, we also accept new residents at The Woodlands Inn or The Meadows Health Center on a space-available basis.
If you are planning a surgery that will require a short-term rehabilitation stay between the hospital and your return home, we encourage you to call us in advance to inquire about availability.

Assisted Living and Memory Support Rates at The Woodlands Inn
All residents enjoy a private master suite with a private bathroom, and access to all programs, activities, and amenities at The Woodlands Inn. Monthly fees for assisted living and memory support are based on an assessment of the resident’s needs and the level of care required.
The Woodlands Inn is private pay. Some long-term care insurance policies will provide reimbursement. Contact your insurance company for specific details of your policy.
Assisted Living
One-Time Community Fee: $5,500
Monthly Fee: Starts at $8,875 per month (All-inclusive fee is assessed based on level of care needed.)
Memory Support
One-Time Community Fee: $5,500
Monthly Fee: Starts at $9,650 per month (All-inclusive fee is assessed based on level of care needed.)

Skilled Nursing Care Rates at The Meadows Health Center
The Meadows offers both private and semi-private rooms with attached bathrooms. Fees are based on an assessment of needs and the level of care required.
