“Edgewood Care Management” Informational Reception to be held April 8th.
NORTH ANDOVER, MA… The award-?winning, non-?profit Edgewood LifeCare Community in North Andover, MA, is extending their care management support services to the greater community with the launch of Edgewood Care Management.
Now, seniors who are not Edgewood LifeCare residents may take advantage of Edgewood Care Management services.
An informational reception will be held on April 8, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at Edgewood LifeCare Community’s Clubhouse Auditorium. Community members may learn more about how they and their loved ones can benefit from Edgewood Care Management services. Refreshments will be served. There is no cost to attend. Compassionate Care Management
Edgewood Care Management’s team of registered nurses and licensed social workers help coordinate and organize a senior’s healthcare challenges and serve as a liaison between family, hospitals, and health care providers. Seniors may take advantage of any number of services including: the scheduling of and escorting to medical appointments and tests; supervision of medication needs and coordination of care; the monitoring and management of acute and chronic conditions; pre-? and post-?surgery follow-?up; an assessment of in-?home environmental safety for physical or mental impairment and much more.
Edgewood Care Management is led by MaryBeth Hillard, who is a registered nurse, board certified in Gerontological Nursing as well as a Certified Senior Advisor.
